Eco-Safe Systems USA (ESFS)

This smells scammy. I checked Purdue U. website[Dennis Harp's alma mater] they list EPA companies... Eco-Safe is nowhere to be found. I checked NSF claims , according to NSF all NSF registered products must first be EPA approved. Which Eco-Safe is NOT! If Cheesecake Factory is a Eco-Safe client isn't a conflict of interest that Dr. Ata (Al) Baroudi who must be a major shareholder in ES is the one advising on the purchase. Since Cheesecake Factory is publicly traded I wonder if CF put this out to bid? Or if Baroudi only considered Es's bid? ... Sorry about the absence... I have been out of the USA.
