Tom Shuman has been down this road before with Smarterita and I am certain THCZ has a business plan which, I hope, the company will share (at least partially) with the investor longs. IMO I am under the belief that obtaining the first round of financing just simply took a lot longer than they expected.

Once the initial product run has been produced it will likely be a lot easier to obtain additional private investor friendly financing packages.
