A message to the auditing firm,

If the audited financials do not properly account for the 3 billion shares issued for CEO compensation (IE, more than $30K), you can expect your audit to be submitted to both the CA Board of Accountancy and the PCAOB along with data demonstrating FMV at time of issuance.
