This is a Stinky Pinky Land where creative accounting rules. On paper they were telling us they were making money on non-audited financials. When Walter Kritsky left they lost their ability to pull permits. I don't know if they've hired anyone else that can pull permits for them.

Myself I liked Don Wood's landfill gas plan better. Unfortunately he wasted too much time trying to make it work through GRBG.
