ECAU won't file for bankruptcy, my opinion, don't have hard evidence. They are trying to restructure the company. I believe an investor will step in and help the company get back on tracks. Since the beginning of the company, GM thought that the idea is great and funded the operation but didn't go all the way. If the government makes an incentive to install the system, it will skyrocket the pps.
