Uh pretty obvious they don't have any shares to sell right now

Obvious huh?

Link??

Take a look at the history of volume here. This stock was trading 1M a day for quite a few years now suddenly there are 10-20 50M a day. That is pure dilution.

Your assumptions are that they sold half their shares earlier and are now waiting for lower PPS to break even?

I am not saying they sold even half. They have barley sold any of the shares they will eventually have.

I am saying they have sold tens of millions of shares and made a profit on all of them while continuing to create a lower low until they have enough shares that they can make a huge profit when the PPS drops.
Buying shares at .05 and selling them at .06 is not much in the way of profit. But get that same amount of money in shares at .0003 and when they sell at .0009 you make a huge profit.
It is to the VCs benefit to have the PPS as low as possible. It makes their profits that much larger.

They have sold some of their shares for a profit and will continue to sell them at a profit all the way to no bid.
