Yes, I am aware of that. In my opinion, from how I read this, Both parties just want to get the deal done and get the free from registration shares issued as quickly as possible. The insiders get money and the outfit buying the debt gets that value in shares and dumps them into the market , as quickly as possible . Existing shareholders get diluted into oblivion and set up for a massive R/S.
Increase in Authorized coming?

SO XUN WILL ESTABLISH A SAFETY NET PRICE THAT THE SHARES CANNOT BE TRADED BELOW (EACH DAY IF THEY ARE SMART). AND IF THERE EVEN A LITTLE BIT SMARTER THEY WILL TRY TO SET IT AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF SHARES THAT ACTUAL HAVE TO BE SOLD TO PAY OFF THE DEBT.

XUN ALSO STATED PREVIOUSLY THAT THERE WAS NO CONSIDERATION OF RAISING THE A/S ANY FURTHER AT THIS TIME.

AND COULD THEY REALLY RAISE IT AT THIS POINT TO SATISFY THE 3A10?

XUN WOULD FIND TRADING HALTED IMMEDIATELY IF THEY TRIED TO DO THAT. IT WOULD BE SUICIDE!!!!!
