Ophthalmic Technologies were sold to a contact lens medical manufacturer. That doesn't mean that EPGL & CooperVision won't work with other entities on Ophthalmic Consumer electronics or wearables. It just means they are working together to bring the technology about. We know from the development agreement that these technologies can and most likely will be licensed out for other uses and technologies. This is my opinion of how I see it.
