Guess we'll just wait now for them to pull permits for the reservoir, and mini water filtration plant they'll need to flush all the old fertilizers out of the system as they "reclaim" the hundreds of thousands of gallons of water necessary to operate.That doesn't even include facilities for the hundreds of employees that will be bussed in from remote parking areas everyday.
Oh yeah, they'll probably need some kind of Okay to go ahead with the massive generators that are going to power the town too.
They'll just keep making it up as they go along.....
and selling into any new fabrication they can contrive.
