Seems to be no rhyme or reason for the tug-of-war with the PPS. Who in their right mind would sell 30.000 shares at $2.00 when we all see that there are shares to be had at $2.04??? It's rhetorical people. Can't wait for the day these MM's get their a$$'s kicked.
