I knew about the period of little activity which was one of the things that attracted me. Down time is expensive. And yes rumor that that is about to end. Hence the quiet accumulation. I posted because of the business association with a very reputable firm. $mart people involved here. May be time to average down if you got stuck, I followed Struk here who not only mean’s what he says but bat’s in the 900s :).
