IMO, I think Stevie Wonder can see that a representation of "Summary Judgement set aside" is not very accurate of litigation that is where it is at in the Dallas Case. That is about as misleading as you can get. I can guarantee you that is these were audited financials, no auditor would have used that phrase as to the status of litigation. This is nothing more than someone being "slick" or camouflaging the true status. If they lose that suit, it would be an easy victory to challenge that status report.
