precisely what their objective is, throw off any margin buyers! and perfect gaps to knock off guys setting their insurance sell orders!

This is exactly what the SEC is ordered by obama and the government to do with oil stocks to knock russian economy off the pedistal for the recent ukraine problems/sanctions...
