The inventory is exceptable to local buyers but not to the international buyers.

There is also a considerable amount of limestone on-site that is ready for sale to Local buyers.

That is the reason why the bank is not worried about the overdraft. They know how much inventory is on site. Did a valentine tying up the site and taking occupancy for the last 10 months, mabwe was unable to sell the inventory to local buyers. Once Valentine is removed from the site, that will begin immediately.
