I think there is a misunderstanding in the belief that the casinos will be losing their house edge with NTEK's model. Nothing could be further from the truth. The house will still have their edge albeit it may be smaller as the bets increase although in the end they will still get theirs..
All it does basically is decrease the odds over and above the already built in house edge so that the player can have an advantage based on play and betting amount and in the pinball example they can adjust (to a point) the extent they are willing to bet and adjust risk...it's still a gamble and the bettor may or may not be able to take advantage of in their play. imo
