In my opinion, there is absolutely ZERO chance that Marcel de Rushe is going to get anywhere near $100,000,000 raised

I'm not even certain why they chose that amount, as it's completely far fetched.

The investment, as per the CFG website is set at $50,000 but I recall a month or so ago, SMVR reduced the minimum investment down to $20,000 or $10,000 no?

I think it's in their filings.

So in answer to your question:

I'd much rather see a PR get issued whenever there's a sizeable & significant investment made, rather than waiting for the $100,000,000 fantasy to come true
