Most of the longs are aware HISC was never meant to be a pinkie stock. How fortunate for some that we were able to buy here at subpenny levels. Frank has proved his credibility time and again and now the uplisting is finally happening. I feel confident this stock is headed for dollars,it's great to be part of this adventure GLTA...........
