So, Blackburn is mentioned in a lawsuit and the presumption is that makes him in control of Treaty today! Thats an interesting position to take but there isn't a shred of verifiable proof to back it! If what you are saying could be proven the SEC would in fact take action against him. So, what is keeping them (SEC) from taking action against Blackburn. Could it be tangible "proof?" LOL!
