I think you are right, unless of course there is positive news. Today was disappointing for many of us share holders. Being that the offering of the common shares was at $1, I feel that this dip will at least take us to $1 barring any positive news that might come out.
If $1 falls, it's tough saying if we'll just touch .97 and bounce, or if we break through and see .80 (or lower) again. Luckily for me, I've been in and out of MNGA a few times, and for the year I'm up more than what I'm down by holding. I still truly believe this company is on the verge of very positive things, they just need some positive sales or contract news. I just don't like having 25-30% of my account tied up into one stock for so long.
