For this very reason I believe Nuvilex wanted to have Dr. Von Hoff (even though he approached Nuvilex) conduct pre clinical trials while prepping for phase 2 b. So we could have FDA approval before or even during the phase 2 b trials. After FDA approval we may then conduct a phase 4 study to further ensure the safety of cell in a box. Dr. Von Hoff knows how to deal with the FDA (he's been called an FDA approval machine) if he believes cell in a box will help his patients in anyway, approval is pretty much guaranteed.
