I noticed this as well. However, volume for the day was around 92 million. Mostly sales at 0.0002 but then a 10,000 share slap at the ask around 3:59 for a 0.0003 close. I don't know if that means there was a 60 + million trade at 3 afterwards or if it was just dilution? Anyone care to explain?
