Same reason a professional batter takes practice swings in the on deck circle. When they do up-list they'll be prepared because they've been practicing and preparing for that eventuality all along. I don't recall their claiming they didn't want to file...only that the money typically spent for compliance would be better spent on other things. I suppose not taking advantage of 'sweet" (and I use that term loosely), shareholder offerings to pay for audited financials may not have been as good a deal as it may have first sounded to NTEK. imo

Have you ever asked yourself why they file those numbers at all?.......

I mean they filed a form 15 so as not to report anymore.......
So what logical reason ( besides selling shares ) is there for them to file financials ?........
