How high could it go? Much higher than .05 depending on what the settlement is. If we are going to get the land back as some have suggested by stating that they are checking to see if they have clear titles on the properties, then the PPS could go much higher in the long run due to the income stream that these properties would give OMOG, along with the long term valuation.
If the settlement is just a payoff, then I would expect a one time pop right off. After that any change in PPS would depend on what the company plans to do with the payoff monies.
You also have to consider the world oil market situation right now and just being in the Oil and Gas industry is making this a much better investment right now alone. JMHO
