I’m not exactly sure where you are coming from. You are actually making no sense. Dov was fired (although he is still there) not because he is Jewish but because he accused of dipping into the Company coffers, accused of was walking around his employees in his underwear, and he accused of masturbating in the presence of a reporter. I believe that there was one more accusation.
