napsac34, after the last reverse split (1 for 333) "management" of this "company" just started issuing shares. The resultant dilution is what dropped this to the levels that attracted you. It is my belief that most of the recent trades are from a handful of insiders juggling money to keep this stock on the trading radar. The sole purpose (once again, in my opinion) is to try to suck in a new group of "investors" that are uninitiated in the workings of this stock. If you tally the total dollar volume over the last few weeks you will notice that it is seldom (if ever) over a few thousand dollars each day. I have no doubt that these same people will be waiting to pounce on any and all unsuspecting traders looking for the next big thing.

My prediction for the next step for this "company" is that they will announce a forward split (The last two times it was a 30 for 1 offer). Coupled with recent surges in price and volume they hope to attract another group that will buy into whatever imaginary product they choose to promote. Some examples from the past are foodstuffs and farm subsidies in Central Europe & VoIP services. If you look deep enough you will find a myriad of shell corporations and side "business" ventures. If the "company" is successful in its next promotion they will sell as many shres as the market can handle for whatever price people are willing to pay until it all collapses again.

I think you will find that most people hanging around this board and others like it truly do not want anyone else getting ripped off by this "company" again.
