I would just like to manage their fleet of scooters in St. Thomas, USVI. I have seen up to four very large cruise ships docked there at one time. One hundred scooters rented out for 4 to five hours every day ships are in port.
Excursions are much more expensive and take large bites out of cruisers. My wife and I cruise frequently and have experienced it first hand.
