The invoice is dated in May of this year as you stated.

But let's take this a little further a dig into it


XUN has (or should I say had) a debt with CMR for a contract they signed for services to commence in the future. XUN sold that debt to the financier so CMR could be paid and start providing the services.

CMR can't provide services or acquire third party contractors without some pool of funds to pay them from.
