What everyone should be aware of is that NNLX sent out a proxy statement this morning (Ameritrade emailed it to me) announcing the annual shareholders meeting. They are voting on approval for increasing the number of authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000.

I'm not comfortable with that because in the same proxy the ceo points out that there are only (app.) 47 million o.s. THEN WHY INCREASE THE A.S.???
