I believe your numbers but

How long is the backlog the people have who are qualified to do that work. There is a MAJOR shortage of experienced oil and gas folks right now, not to mention a MAJOR equipment shortage. If you think the oil companies are doing good look at the service companies. And then there is the matter of having the LNG terminals to accept delivery. Few and far between in the US. Like I said I believe the gas may have value but I just think the lead time for getting it to market will be much longer than with oil. I could be wrong.
