All he does is make excuses for the management but I think he forwards emails, or did you also email the CEO? Any replies??

They do not need the R/S because since they authorized it a month ago the stock price hit .01+ on Oct. 2nd as someone pointed out --
so they have til Nov. 2nd -- if the shorts cover it can exceed that naturally without alienating their investors forever! Better to stay fully reporting Pink for a while: easy to upgrade again now that they've done it. And how 'bout cutting company expenses starting with their own salaries, for a while? Showing SOME tiny concern for their investors who are being used as stupid ATM's.

PRICE SEEMS TO BE STABILIZING TODAY, MAYBE THERE IS FAITH THERE WILL BE NO R/S FOR A WHILE AFTER ALL...these guys just like to get things approved "in case" they need to resort to those measures:
remember they authorized a huge increase in A/S when they did the last R/S yet they haven't utilized it, the float should still be low enough that the PPS can correct itself.
