IMO the type of "interview" Dan was involved in, and the subsequent explanation as to why he did it.

The delay in providing Private Placement detail / information to the Shareholder at a critical time combined with the subsequent explanation as to why it had not be provided earlier.

The $50,000 referenced in section 16 of the Regulation D filing on 10/16/14 and the subsequent reasoning as to why it was presented in that manner.

These three items, and maybe more importantly the content / context of the subsequent explanations, cost a bit of built up good will Capital to be expended.

I understand what the Company is providing in the PR s. I am offering my opinion as to why potential Buyers may be taking a wait and see position.

As for slowed momentum there is no meaningful Volume, Agressive / accumulating Buying is missing - etc.
