Actually, yes, it is a serious post. Even a "bad" PR describing a slow down in deployment plans or a negative change in the shares structure would end up providing more information to investors than no news whatsoever.

While IR is away, the MM's will play. And it's the MMs who have been killing every attempt at a run. Whenever BKMP starts to move on pure technicals, the MM's slap it back down. One would like to think that they can only do this for so long, but...

Regardless, the pressure is building up for a good move up. Whether the move occurs soon or much later in the year is anybody's guess.
