Yeah, not the news I was expecting. Union Capital has acquired 3 million 386 thousand shares or 10% of the now 33,898.486 oustanding common shares. That tells us clearly that the company has almost doubled the outstanding from 18 million to almost 34 million. That explains the big downdraft in the stock. Now, on the good side, since we know they have done that, what was the reason to raise cash? My guess it was needed to pay for the production of thousands of thermometers which we all know is cash they certainly did not have. So, from that point, I don't mind the increase in shares since the use of it will bring in millions in revenue as these thermometers are sold. Also, in penny land, 34 million shares is really nothing at all.
