Because that is what companies do ALL the time. Create more shares to buy or get money... He doesn't care, all long as they are not his shares...

He still owns most of the company and can do whatever he wants. I am telling you, no company or 99% of them don't start with one person holding all of the shares. It starts with the COMPANY holding the shares. He holds most of them...

He can never lose control. He could flip out tomorrow and the Board of directors couldn't do a thing because he controls it. Stupid for companies to be ployed into this shell. Just dumb.
