The PR yesterday appears to say that they will be conducting human trials of both products in Africa. One might deduce that it both have been approved for use or are very close. Given the fact that both have had significant safety testing in humans already for other purposes, you may also assume that they will be approved for Ebola for the mere chance of effectiveness without worry of safety issues.
