Its negative because it follows a pattern that all scam stocks follow. They R\S but leave the Authorized shares high at 2.5 billion. Then they issue more shares and dilute to pay bills. Granted, they are a start up and have no money. But they pull us investors in with big promises and we get our hopes up that "this could be the one". Then they R\S and kill our hopes. We are tossed aside as they try to lure in new suckers. Watch what happens today. Unless they have a PR with naked Katy Perry, this will crash. I just did this with FOGC/MNZO stock. Nobody's fault but my own. Good luck.....
