IMO if pphm was a BP at this point in time ... Bavi would be approved and savings lives already.

I totally agree and that is why each day, and year that goes by without a partner, mgmt has delayed saving lives. Now the question remains why hasn't mgmt partnered? Is it because Bavi is not as good as advertised or is mgmt greedy? It has been way too long. Get it done already. They have already been involved in a botched trial and have already admitted they have little experience in bringing a drug to the market. Talk about putting your foot in the mouth for bargaining positioning.
