Oh I have. It is kind of irrelevant how long it takes to make the ticker disappear since the determination to revoke was already made. After all, ASYI is no longer a threat to the investment community. Furthermore, the sec is not concerned with "tax season." Do you think that they are just going to randomly have a change of heart and decide not to revoke it (after they did) because the ASYI ticker is so pretty?

From the SEC 8/11 order (AND I QUOTE EXACTLY):

"It is FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registration of each class of registered securities of AISystems, Inc. (a/k/a Airline Intelligence Systems, Inc.), China Jianye Fuel, Inc., Cordex Pharma, Inc., Emerald Dairy, Inc., and Kentucky Energy, Inc., is hereby REVOKED."

I never seen a "final order" take so long. Tax season is approaching
