they understood from their own experiences just how complex the system is

Same old.

Shareholders were told "Groundel funding" was allegedly a "complex"financial transaction involving many governments that no one could explain. We saw how that worked out.

Now I'm hearing the Canadian medical system is "complex" even though we have two doctors who spent their lives in the system on staff. Seems like they should be able to figure something out.

Maybe its just current MZEI management is unable to solve "complex" issues.

Time for a shakeup at headquarters, bring in new talent, and take a fresh look at the situation.
