Stop with the non-sense. You don't know anything more than any of the rest of us do. There's an obvious flaw in the LVGI business model that may never become right. Time and papers may never undo that. What if the agency just says NO? Can they impose fines? Do they allow for repayments of improper trading of shares in the past? How exactly can these type of improper acts be corrected? Can some people be looking at prison time? Certainly, filing some paperwork doesn't undo all of that.
