They need 20+mbps like everybody else.

4K at 9.5mbps and lower for normal content looks like crap. You're much better off with 1080p at those rates, because 4K with artifacts is visually worse than clean 1080p.

Akamai's a real company and wouldn't lie. The same cannot be said for NTEK.
