PRG will assumme a loss carryforward of approximately $20MM. Needles to sat this will have a favorable impact on earnings going forward. And PRG with its balance sheet and distribution outlet , unlike View, will be able to leverage and grow the business... This is great news for shareholders... Amazing the price has not jumped on this news... Easily the stock could rise to 5 cents pershare or approximately a 400% gain from here... Buy Buy Buy!!!!!!
