The idea that SWET will sell their excess to specific bases is just laughable. People just do not understand the US infrastructure. And, you are totally screwed in other countries because most do not allow a generation company to also distribute. The US operates under a monopolistic system. SWET has no chance here for that reason and no chance abroad for legal reasons.
