Last 8K said "expected". You are correct it is a disclaimer. The company is just seeking relief from the bond holders. As the ultimate risk comes to play for the shareholders, the best case scenario would be the judge keeping the common shares. If that has happens, this is a winning lottery ticket. Look for PPS to go up as more develops.
