He is obviously keeping this from shareholders for some reason, the OS is probably changing very frequently and he just is just trying to cash in on this bullshit business plan he put out there and that bullshit website he had built. No one actually knows the terms of the JV with Agritech nor the terms with the companies buying the biocoal from Europe. No one knows any specifics and i guarantee there are clauses within the agreement that if VGPR doesnt meet they will pull their orders. Only time will tell but most likely its all horseshit from this guy
