You are correct on all points. When I say uplisting I'm more so leaning in the direction of getting word out of the company to the big boys on wall st. I would be more happy at this point to see them hire a first rate PR firm and to secure financing as well. Seems to me from the deals that have in place that the government's where the plants will be erected would be more than happy to front the money to them to be able to get discounted rates on the energy. Just a matter of time before we have the attention of serious investors. I think they need to audit all their financials before that though, no?
