Even if Alpine wins the lawsuit, and not saying they are, they are suing for 1.6 mil, not the patent. They are holding it "hostage" as collateral. Now why would they do that? According to CM, the mit-1000 is a worthless at best grocery scanner best served as a Chia pet holder. You don't put a lien on something considered worthless. So you can see that having it both ways just don't cut it when arguing about value of the company. MMTC GLTY
