100 shares at .92 cents per share is 92 dollars, not 920. Second, the only part of this that is at a premium is the amount over market value (hence the word premium.) So if he buys 100 share block ten cents over the market price, the experiment is costing him a premium of ten bucks per day. He can still liquidate the stock anytime he wants and realize a loss of the premium. That's the true cost of the experiment, and when you have hundreds of thousands in a small cap stock, its inconsequential.
