DC Curious why Uni-Pharma is not discussed on this thread you down-understand. The agreement was between AMDL and or Radient. The monies were being used to pay off our smaller debts. The office would likely be on the bottom of the list, since it is not being used and thus has a low priority. The best news is we have not filed BK. The agreement with Uni-Pharma would make one to think that they are the organization taking over the Radient Shell..This is the only way the lenders would get their investments back with shares of the new company...Provista or Uni-Pharma or Both? imo Wolf
