How much does one of these towers cost to construct? What are the maintenance costs?

How are they going to do this? Are remote bases going to get their own tower? That is fiscally impossible.

Just another "we are pursuing blah blah blah" in pinkyland. They can pursue all day long. They are not going to be successful with this crazy idea.
